Roofing does not directly supply any materials, products or services.
Where you choose to buy materials, products or services from a third
party manufacturer, you are contracting with that third party
manufacturer and you agree to any terms and conditions imposed upon the
sale of their materials, products or services by that third party
supplier.
On-line Roofing is not responsible for the materials, products or
services provided to you and you indemnify On-line Roofing against all
claims, demands, proceedings, cost (including legal costs on an
indemnity basis), expenses, damages, awards, judgments and any other
liability whatsoever wholly or partially arising directly or indirectly
in connection with your use of the site or supply to you by third
parties of materials, products or services.
Materials and products are supplied by third party manufacturers and
On-line Roofing is not liable for any delay or failure in the supply of
materials and products or any loss or damage which may arise from a
delay or failure to supply.
Any warranties given with respect to the supply of materials, products
or services are given by the third party manufacturers and not by
On-line Roofing and On-line Roofing is not liable to you in any manner
with respect to any breach of warranty by any third party manufacturer.
These terms and your agreement with On-line Roofing is governed by the
laws of New South Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the laws and Courts of New South Wales.
